Paper submission is handled only through the TrackChair paper review system at http://crowncom2009.trackchair.com.

To prepare your contribution (full paper) follow the instructions and guidelines given within the Author's Kit.

We kindly ask you to meet directly the requirements set by IEEE concerning the proper generation of pdf's.

Acceptance notification will be sent out latest until 20th April 2009.

With acceptance, finalized contributions considering the reviewer's comments are expected latest until 4th May 2009.

The proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Cognitive Radio Oriented Wireless Networks and Communications will be published in the IEEE Xplore database.
